This is an Ahner Vienna coffee grinder, that has been lovingly hand painted (to Jennifer from her Dad in 2020, as seen in the photos)

The crank turns, the top opens, and the drawer slides in and out easily. 

This would be perfect as an accent piece for your coffee bar or open kitchen shelving.
